CWHP5, he Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meat ,dm the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Toga, at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of October, 2001, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Lincoln Savings Bank to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to
"C-Z" Conditional Zoning District a portion of vacated right-of-
way generally abutting Lot 2 of Tower Park Addition for the
development of a new bank facility, legally described as follows:
A part of the vacated part of West San Marnan Drive
right-of-way adjacent to said Lot No. 2, in the
Northeast Quarter of Section No. 9, Township No. 88
North, Range No. 13 West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 2;
thence North 00°56' 12" East 20. 00 feet; thence South
89°03' 48" East parallel with the North line of said Lot
No. 2 258 . 97 feet; thence South 00°56' 12" West 20. 00
feet to the North line of said Lot No. 2; thence North
89°03' 48" West along the North line of said Lot No. 2
258 . 97 feet to the point of beginning, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
The North line of said Lot No. 2 is assumed to bear
North 89°03' 48" West.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2001 .
