RESOLUTION NO. 2001-551 RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST OF K-LINE ENTERPRISES, INC, ON THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "R-3 , R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTHWESTERLY OF WEST 4TH STREET BETWEEN WINGHAVEN DRIVE AND KIMPSTON CIRCLE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EKHO RIDGE CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT, AS OCTOBER 22 , 2001, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING. WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 :30 p.m. on the 22nd day of October, 2001, for the purpose of considering the request of K-Line Enterprises, Inc . , on the proposed site plan amendment to the "R-3 ,R-P" Planned Residence District for property generally located northwesterly of West 4th Street between Winghaven Drive and Kimpston Circle in conjunction with the Ekho Ridge Condominium Development, and legally described as follows : That part of the East One-half (E%) of Section Seven (7) , Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) , Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa described as follows : Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Timberline Patio Homes Condominium; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Timberline Patio Homes extended, to a point which is Three Hundred Seventy (370) feet Northwesterly of and normally distant from the Southwesterly extension of the Northwesterly line of said Timberline Patio Homes; thence Southwesterly parallel with said Northwesterly line of Timberline Patio Homes Three-hundred Fifty-two and Forty-eight Hundredths (352 .48) feet to a point which is Thirty (30) feet normally distant from and Southwesterly of a line drawn from the intersection point of the centerlines of U. S .
