Xthat the Agreement dated June 19, 2001, in the amount of

$1, 318, 500. 00 in conjunction with the Reconstruction of Taxiway D
E--'and D-1 at the Waterloo Municipal Airport, FAA AIP Project No. 3-
19-0094-18, by and between the Federal Aviation Administration,
'E-and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
f'approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2001.
