o • s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated June 19, 2001, in the amount of
1261, 480 . 89 in conjunction with the Reconstruction of Taxiway D
c) and D-1 at the Waterloo Municipal Airport, FAA AIP Project No. 3-
" 19'-0094-18, by and between Allied Construction Company, Inc . of
Charles City, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved.
