`2 C -BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Economic Development Improvement (EDI) Grant Agreement
dated October 1, 2001, in the amount of $498, 900 . 00, for
`jacquisition and demolition of properties, relocations expenses and
Z:commpnity policing efforts in conjunction with the Brownfields
Remediation Project, by and between U. S . Department of Housing and
E'Urban Development, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2001 .
