C) E4H 7 t=_ H _ 171 aj sBE IT,' RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of October, 2001, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of Joshua and Stephanie Atteberry to reduce the 25 foot platted building line to 10 feet for property generally located along Ingersoll Road at Edgewood Drive to allow construction of an additional garage stall to existing attached garage, legally described as follows: The building line as platted along the northeasterly line of Lot 69 of Central Heights Addition from 25 feet to 10 feet adjacent to said line, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, 2001 . John R.
