FERNAU, S O S ' ;� c� tC 6932 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, FOR PAYMENT OF co x.(7-) PROMISSORY NOTE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 0 CO 1-4 <IMBALL SOUTH RURAL WATER MAIN PROJECT AND = DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID RELEASE OF REAL ro Le, ��,7 ESTATE MORTGAGE BY MAYOR. - WHEREAS, Dennis W. and Karmin K. Fernau, 6932 Ansborough -Avenue; _have paid the Waterloo Water Works the remaining bal nCe of the Promissory Note and Mortgage in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project for the following described property: The South 215. 61 feet of the East 303. 05 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township No. 88 North, Range No. 13 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated October 8, 2001, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Dennis W. and Karmin K. Fernau, 6932 Ansborough Avenue, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
