r�, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
L.-,that the Cooperative Agreement dated October 8, 2001, in the
t`amount of $1, 000, 000. 00 for low interest loans in conjunction with
environmental cleanup of brownfields properties citywide and
redevelopment activities in the Rath Neighborhood Area, by and
between the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) , and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, 2001.
