'8 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 5th day of November, 2001, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and
convey a portion of the alley generally located between 646 and
656 Summit to Russell Reicherts, and legally described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 45 in Auditors
Francis' West Side Plat in the City of Waterloo, in
Black Hawk County, Iowa; thence North along the East
line of said Lot 45 a distance of 148 . 8 feet; thence
Northeasterly to a point on the West line of Lot 13 in
Teeter' s Addition in the City of Waterloo, in Black
Hawk County, Iowa which is 107 . 9 feet South of the
Northwest corner of said Lot 13; thence south along the
West line of said Lot 13 and that line extended to the
West line of Lot 12 of said Teeter' s Addition, and
along the West line of said Lot 12 to the Southwest
corner of said Lot 12; thence West to the point of
beginning, subject to the city' s retention of a
permanent easement over, under and above the above the
described property, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
for $1, 312. 00, plus costs.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 2001 .
