RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO THE REAL

GD EXECUTION OF SAID ADDENDUM BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-,that ;the Addendum to the Real Estate contract dated October 15,
020Q ;fin conjunction with the Iowa Brownfields Acquisition Project,
_!by and between the Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad, and the
t='City :of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
pWterloo, Iowa.
