? serVing the Joe Minard Construction Property 3140/3200 University
Avenue, as submitted by Schenk Engineering Company of Waterloo,
Iowa; and Sewage Treatment Agreement dated October 15, 2001, by
and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved and Mayor
authorized to execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 2001 .
