, that the Agreement dated November 5, 2001 for Surface
" Errapsportation Program (STP) funds in the amount of $400 , 000 . 00 ,
;=`^wi'th a City match of $50 , 000 , 00 and IDOT match of $50 , 000 . 00 , in
tconjunction with U. S . Highway 63 Corridor Study from U. S . Highway
2I to Donald Street , STP-U-8155 ( 656 )-70-07 , by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2001 .
