With the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project for the
following described property:
Lot No. Six (6) in Steimel' s Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage dated November 5, 2001, for payment of Promissory
Note in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main
Project, by and between Jeffrey S. and Kathy M. Siebel, 11631
Kimball Avenue, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2001 .
