s �' WHEREAS, BV Enterprises has paid the City of Waterloo
i L rye remaining balance of the Promissory Note and Mortgage in
5conjunotion with construction of motel located at 2343 Logan

The North Two Hundred Sixty (260) feet of Parcel
"A" as recorded in Misc. Book 313 at Page 393,
Black Hawk County Recorder' s Office, said North Two
Hundred Sixty (260) feet shall be known as Lot No.
1, BV Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage dated November 5, 2001, for payment of Promissory
Note in conjunction with construction of motel located at
2343 Logan Avenue, by and between BV Enterprises and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2001 .
