•.-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

mthatthe one-year extension of a lease Agreement dated November 5,
t 2O01, to lease approximately 1, 348 acres of farmland at the
zyaterloo Municipal Airport, by and between Burlington Acres and
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
'Eland the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
• Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that Resolution No. 2001-470 be rescinded in its
entirety.
