That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 19th day of November, 2001, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y. 2002 South Hills Golf Course Sanitary Sewer, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 643. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
