17" bE IT'.-RtS;_OLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 3rd day of December, 2001, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
and convey the platted right-of-way generally located to the
north of property at 4062 Niles Street for the purpose of
construction of a garage, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 34,
Hollingsworth Second Addition to Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa; thence North 30 feet to the North line of
said addition; thence East along the North line of said
addition the Northeast corner of said addition; thence
south along the East line of said addition to the
northeast corner of said Lot 34; thence West along the
north line of said Lot 34 to the point of beginning, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $858 . 00, plus costs.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2001.
