M " 11 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28D and 28E Agreements dated November 13, 2001, to
'include the Federal Bureau of Investigation and delete Grundy
"county in the Tri-County Drug Task Force, by and between the
cities of Cedar Falls, Dunkerton, Evansdale, Hudson, LaPorte
City, - Waverly, University of Northern Iowa, Bremer County and
Black Hawk County, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2001 .
