CD c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 13, 2001,
c(51 or design and construction related services in conjunction with
satellite Interceptor Sewer Corrosion Inhibition Project, by and
between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2001 .
