a n' H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
,, =_hat the Professional Services Agreement dated November 13, 2001,
`==far-,design and construction related services in conjunction with
odor Control Facility at Easton Avenue Water Pollution Control
Facilities Project, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2001 .
