n co ,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
WiaiVthe Joint Funding Agreement dated November 13, 2001, in the
,amount of $6 , 230 , 00 in conjunction with operation and maintenance
bt the Cedar River Gage Station and river diffuser measurement
for, Easton Avenue Treatment Facility, by and between Untied
States Department of Interior U.S. Geological Survey, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2001 .
