I rWHERE , the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
(A) 2r-kret-Ofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
_proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
002 South Hills Golf Course Sanitary Sewer, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 643, and

WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
dPiecifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 South
Hills Golf Course Sanitary Sewer, known as Contract No. 643, which
were preliminarily approved on November 5, 2001, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
19, 2001, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 South Hills Golf Course
Sanitary Sewer, known as Contract No. 643, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2001 .
