w BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Lihat Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated November 19, 2001, for
rrdesign services in an amount not to exceed $110, 416. 57, with 20
percent local match of $22, 083. 31, in conjunction with San Marnan
Traffic Improvements Project, by and between Parsons
Transportation Group, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2001 .
