< That Fiscal Year 2001 Annual Financial Report of the City of
Watrloo, Iowa, as required by Iowa Code 384 .22, be and the same
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and the same
hereby directed to transmit said report to the Auditor of the
State of Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2001 .
