BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
r° h-that the two-year Agreement dated December 3, 2001, for the period
wof :.January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2003 to continue the Main
E- Street Program, by and between Iowa Department of Economic
Development, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
