.that the contract of WATCO Construction, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
-for 'the F.Y. 2002 South Hills Golf Course Sanitary Sewer, Contract
°No. ;,643, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
3 day of December, 2001, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 2001 .
