WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 7th day of January, 2002, for
the purpose of considering request of Stubblefield and Associates,
Inc. , on behalf of the International House of Pancakes, for a
proposed Site Plan amendment to the "S-1" Shopping Center
Commercial District property generally located at 2009 Crossroads
Boulevard and legally described as follows:
Crossroads Plat No. 1 Lot 3,all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 2001 .
