F i RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
s ''WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
cn C) = ANDERSON' S SIXTH ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
LACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

.-- w r:, -WHEREAS, on this 10th day of December, 2001, at a regular
meeti g of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Preiniinary Plat of Anderson' s Sixth Addition, Waterloo, Black
HiawkLCounty, Iowa, was presented for approval; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
should receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Anderson' s
Sixth Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolutions.
