AGREEMENT WITH VANDEWALLE & ASSOCIATES AND

;a �-, =7 , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
' at the Professional Services Agreement dated December 10, 2001,
a cost not to exceed $4, 750.00 per month until December 31,
2002, to provide Implementation Services in conjunction with
R.iyerfront Renaissance Plan in Downtown Waterloo, by and between
Vandewalle & Associates of Madison, Wisconsin, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 2001 .
