EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
, that the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 17, 2001, at a
cost not to exceed $2, 500. 00, for preparation of a RISE grant in
conjunction with relocated Westfield River Road Project, by and
between Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments (INRCOG) ,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2001.
