tl,Street ; has paid the City of Waterloo the remaining balance
of loans RFC 6 and 7 for the following described property:

The Southwesterly 44 feet excepting the
Southeasterly 35 feet thereof of Lot No. 6 in Block
No. 28 of the Original Plat of East Waterloo, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage dated December 17, 2001, for Dupont-Nichols Group,
Inc. , 312-314 East 4th Street, for payment of loans RFC 6 and
7, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2001 .
