.,,,that the Scope of Services Agreement dated December 17, 2001, at a
Q LTIcost of $42, 000. 00 in conjunction with Phase II Environmental Site
rAssessments for parcels adjacent to the Rath Administration
'Building, by and between Howard R. Green of Cedar Rapids, Iowa,

approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
