RESOLUTION APPROVING RATES AND CHARGES FOR
THE WATERLOO AIRPORT.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following rates and charges for the Waterloo
Airport be approved:
Corporate Hanger Rent $2, 640. 00 or $1, 375. 00 per month
Terminal Space Rent $14 . 00 per square foot
Landing Fees Signatory-$0. 55 per thousand
pounds landed minimum landing fee
of $10. 00
Non-Signatory-$1 . 10 per thousand
pounds landed
Car Rental Lot Space Rent $3. 00 per space
Car Wash Facility Rent $275 . 00 per month
Farm Land Rent $75 . 00 per acre
$80 . 00 per acre if yield is over
100 bushels per acre
Federal Aviation
Administration
Space Rent $2, 150. 00 per quarter
Waste Disposal $60 . 00 and $72. 00 per month
Airline Power Outlet Rent $60. 00 per Month
Restaurant Commission $400. 00 minimum per month
Fix Base Operator 3% commission on gross per year
$0 . 05 per gallon on fuel sold
