RESOLUTION NO. 2000-21
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL AND
DISPOSAL, RATH VERTICAL BUILDING, CDBG-112-
AR-1-18-00 .
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Contract
Compliance Officer, to prepare and file specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the Asbestos
Removal and Disposal, Rath Vertical Building, CDBG-112-AR-1-18-00,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Contract Compliance Officer has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 2000 .
