RESOLUTION NO. 2000-29
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY PETERSON CONTRACTORS, INC. OF REINBECK,
IOWA FOR F.Y. 2000 WEST SAN MARNAN DRIVE
DITCH GRADING, CONTRACT NO. 615 AND ACCEPTING
THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 2000 West
San Marnan Drive Ditch Grading, Contract No. 615, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2000 .
