RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF REILLY
CONSTRUCTION CO. INC, OF OSSIAN, IOWA, FOR
THE F.Y. 2000 SALVAGED ASPHALT CRUSHING, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT
NO. 620 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Reilly Construction Co. Inc. , of Ossian,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2000 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing, Contract No.
620, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 18t
day of January, 2000, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the American
Casualty Company of Chicago, Illinois, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2000 .
