RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF CEDAR FALLS
CONSTRUCTION CO. INC. , OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA,
FOR THE F.Y. 2000 EIGHTEENTH STREET BRIDGE
DECK REPAIR PROGRAM, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 621 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Falls Construction Co. Inc. , of Cedar
Falls, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2000 Eighteenth Street Bridge Deck
Repair Program, Contract No. 621, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the Cit' of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 18 h day of January, 2000, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by the United Fire and Casualty of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2000 .
