RESOLUTION NO. 2000-34
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
ANDERSON' S FOURTH ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
condition precedent to the final approval of Anderson' s Fourth
Addition; namely the installation of sanitary sewer and services,
curb and gutter, the bringing the streets to grade, special
backfill and asphalt paving for the 48 foot road extension and
incidentals, and
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards and
requirements of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Plat Improvements for Anderson' s
Fourth Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2000 .
