RESOLUTION NO. 2000-41
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER SIGN ENHANCEMENT .
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Sign
Enhancement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor has filed said
plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of Janaury, 2000 .
