RESOLUTION NO. 2000-44
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
COUNCIL CHAMBER/MOLLENHOFF ROOM REMODEL, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS FEBRUARY 7, 2000, AT
7 : 00 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE AS FEBRUARY 4,
2000 AT 3 : 30 P.M. AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 7th day of February, 2000, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
Council Chamber/Mollenhoff Room Remodel, in the City of Waterloo
and the taking of bids therefore as February 4, 2000 at 3 : 30 p.m.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2000 .
