RESOLUTION NO. 2000-50
RESOLUTION APPROVING RISE APPLICATION WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the RISE Application dated January 24, 2000 for funding in the
amount of $3, 031, 000. 00 in conjunction with the Eighteenth Street
Bridge, with a total estimated cost of $6, 062, 000. 00 and estimated
city match of $1, 212, 400. 00 and STP local funding of $818, 400. 00,
by and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of January, 2000.
