RESOLUTION NO. 2000-52
RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY FISCAL YEAR 2001 -
2005 AGENCY PLAN AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Notice of Public Comment Period in
conjunction with the Waterloo Housing Authority Fiscal Year 2001 -
2005 Agency Plan, be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of said Public Comment Period in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of January, 2000.
