RESOLUTION NO. 2000-82
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM JOHN MILLER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from John
Miller to burn approximately 2 acres of prairie grass located on
south Kimball Avenue, behind 145 Blaine Road on the edge of the
city limits, during March and April 2000, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2000.
