RESOLUTION NO. 2000-84
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
WITH EARTH TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated February 14, 2000 for
professional services at a cost of $10, 402 .21 in conjunction with
the reopening of the Eighteenth Street Bridge, by and between Earth
Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2000.
