RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF MCMAINS
EXCAVATION AND ABATEMENT OF MOULTON, IOWA,
FOR THE RATH VERTICAL KILL BUILDING ASBESTOS
REMOVAL PROJECT, CDBG 112-AR-1-18-00, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of McMains Excavation and Abatement of Moulton,
Iowa, for the Rath Vertical Kill Building Asbestos Removal Project,
CDBG 112-AR-1-18-00, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 14th day of February, 2000 be, and the same are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 2000.
