RESOLUTION NO. 2000-92
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
LAMAR COMPANIES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the three-year Lease Agreement dated February 21, 2000 for
leasing five billboards (eight faces) within the right-of-way of
Sergeant Road Recreation Trail for $4, 000. 00 per year, by and
between Lamar Companies of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 2000.
