RESOLUTION NO. 2000-95
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
WITH EARTH TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 6 dated February 21, 2000 in the
amount of $932, 000. 00 for construction related services in
conjunction with Anaerobic Digesters for Easton Avenue Water
Pollution Control Facility, Contract No. 550, by and between Earth
Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 2000.
