RESOLUTION NO. 2000-101
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR ANAEROBIC DIGESTERS PROJECT
FOR EASTON AVENUE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
FACILITY , CONTRACT NO. 550.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Water Pollution/Flood Control, to prepare and
file plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc. , for the construction of the Anaerobic
Digesters Project for Easton Avenue Water Pollution control
Facility, Contract No. 550, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Water Pollution and Flood
Control has filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 2000.
