RESOLUTION NO. 2000-102
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
ANAEROBIC DIGESTERS PROJECT FOR EASTON AVENUE
WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY, CONTRACT NO.
550, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF
CONSTRUCTION BIDS THEREFORE, AS APRIL 3, 2000,
AT 5: 30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 3rd day of April, 2000, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
Anaerobic Digesters Project for Easton Avenue Water Pollution
Control Facility, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of
construction bids therefore, Contract No. 550.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of F bruary, 2000.
