RESOLUTION NO. 2000-104
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF E.B. SPENCER
ENGINEERING COMPANY OF JANESVILLE, IOWA, FOR
THE F.Y. 2000 PARK ROAD SANITARY LIFT STATION
MODIFICATIONS, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BEING CONTRACT NO. 603.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of E.B Spencer Engineering Company of Janesville,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2000 Park Road Sanitary Lift Station
Modifications, Contract No. 603, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 28tn day of February, 2000, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the United Fire and Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 2000.
